Performance Agreement
1. Parties

3. Services
- Performance: to (breaks: 15 minutes per hour).
- Repertoire: Professional set appropriate for Private Party; reasonable requests considered when provided in advance.
- Equipment: Performer provides instruments. Client provides suitable performance area and access to power.
4. Payment
- Performance fee: $0.00
- Deposit: No deposit required for this engagement
- Balance due: Due on the day of the event upon completion
- Payment methods accepted: Cash, Venmo, Check
5. Cancellation
- Client cancellation 45 days or more before event: No cancellation fee.
- Client cancellation fewer than 45 days before event: Full performance fee due.
- A request to postpone, reschedule, materially change the date, or move the performance to a new date is treated as a cancellation unless Artist agrees in writing to apply some or all prior payments to a new date. Any rescheduled event requires written confirmation and may require a new agreement, new deposit, and/or price adjustment. Likewise, a change in location may require a price adjustment, to be negotiated in good faith.
- Artist may, in Artist's sole discretion, waive or reduce cancellation amounts, apply payments to a future booking, or decline to pursue amounts otherwise due. Any such waiver must be in writing and applies only to that specific booking.
6. Logistics
- Arrival/load-in: Performer arrives 60 minutes before start for setup and sound check.
- Parking/loading: Client provides reasonable access and any required parking arrangements.
- Weather: For outdoor events, Client provides cover and a safe, weather-appropriate performance area; Performer may pause or relocate if conditions risk damage to equipment or safety.
7. Liability and Safety
Performer carries standard professional equipment at own risk; Client provides a safe environment and power where required.
8. Recording and Usage
- Audio/video recording by Client: Permitted; no commercial use without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of California.
