4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 14+ days before event: Full deposit refund
Cancellation within 7 days: Deposit non-refundable; 50% of remaining balance due
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (severe weather, natural disaster, government order, venue closure, artist illness). In such cases, parties will negotiate in good faith for rescheduling or refund.
No-Show by DJ: Full refund of all amounts paid.
No-Show by Client/Venue Closure: Full payment due to DJ.

5. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

TECHNICAL RIDER - EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
The following equipment must be provided and in working order:
Media Players: 4x CDJ-3000
- All units must be linked and running latest firmware
- USB ports must be functional on all units
Mixer: 1x DJM-900NXS2
- All channels and effects must be fully operational
Booth Monitors: 2x powered monitors at ear level
Microphone: Shure SM58 or equivalent
DJ Position: DJ Booth
- Height: Standard DJ height (36-42 inches)
- Must be stable and level
Power: 2x standard 120V outlets within 6 feet of DJ position
Note: Any substitutions must be approved by DJ in advance. Failure to provide specified equipment may result in cancellation with full payment due.

6. HOSPITALITY

Refreshments: Water, Soft drinks
- Available in dressing room and DJ booth throughout the night
Parking: 1 guaranteed parking space(s) near load-in area

7. RECORDING & MEDIA

Audio Recording: NOT PERMITTED without prior written consent
Video Recording: NOT PERMITTED without prior written consent
Live Streaming: NOT PERMITTED
Social Media: Short clips (under 60 seconds) permitted with DJ tag/credit
Promotional Use: Requires separate written agreement
The fee paid is for a live performance, not a recording. Any recording rights require separate negotiation.
DJ retains all rights to their performance, music selections, and any original content played.

8. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

DJ is an independent contractor, not an employee of Client.
DJ is responsible for own equipment. Client shall provide a safe and secure DJ booth area.
Client shall maintain adequate liability insurance for the event venue and attendees.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state specified above.
