Meal Clause
The wizard suggests a meal clause when your gig crosses standard meal hours:
- Lunch trigger: Gig spans across 12:00 PM
- Dinner trigger: Gig spans across 6:00 PM
Options: Meal provided, meal buyout amount, or no meal provision.
Overtime Clause
Overtime is auto-calculated using:
- Your total fee
- Performance hours
- Overtime multiplier (e.g., 1.5x)
You can override the calculated amount.
Cancellation Clause
Define cancellation windows with different consequences:
- Days before event
- Percentage of fee retained
- Multiple windows supported (e.g., 30+ days = 50%, 14 days = 75%, 7 days = 100%)
Clause Library
The full clause library includes clauses for:
- Force majeure
- Recording permission
- Equipment and sound
- Indemnification
- Governing law
- And more (Pro users have access to advanced clauses)
