Common Questions
How do I access my contract after payment?
After payment, you'll receive short-lived compatibility access so you can finish time-sensitive steps right away. For long-term organizer access, sign in to your account. Dashboard-ready gigs will open there automatically.
What if my client hasn't signed yet?
Open the gig from your dashboard when available. If you're still using the initial compatibility access window, the resend controls remain available there too.
How do I download my signed contract?
Once both parties have signed, download the signed PDF from your dashboard when available. You'll also receive an email with the signed document, and the compatibility status page keeps signed downloads available.
Response Time
We typically respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). For urgent matters related to upcoming gigs, please mention the date in your subject line.
