How do I access my contract after payment?
After payment, you get 24-hour guest access so you can finish time-sensitive steps right away. Create a free account and the gig lives in your dashboard forever.
What if my client hasn't signed yet?
Open the gig from your dashboard and resend the signing link. During the 24-hour guest access window after checkout, the resend controls are available there too.
How do I download my signed contract?
Once both parties have signed, download the signed PDF from your dashboard. You'll also receive an email with the signed document, and signed downloads stay available from the gig's status page even after the 24-hour guest window ends.
Response Time
We typically respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). For urgent matters related to upcoming gigs, please mention the date in your subject line.
