Login Methods
GigOrganizer supports four login methods:
- Magic link — Sign in via email link (no password needed)
- Google Sign-In
- Apple Sign-In
- GitHub Sign-In
Branding (Pro)
Pro subscribers can upload a logo that appears on:
- Contracts
- Invoices and receipts
- Email communications
Go to Dashboard > Settings to upload your logo (PNG or JPG).
Email Signature
Customize the footer on outgoing emails. Add your name, title, phone number, or any other info you want clients to see.
OAuth Troubleshooting
If Google, Apple, or GitHub login isn't working:
- Make sure you're signed into the correct account in your browser
- If you have multiple accounts active, OAuth may silently fail
- Try signing out of other accounts, or use an incognito window with only the correct account
Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Go to Dashboard > Account > Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
- All data is permanently removed: contracts, team members, personal info
Before deleting: Download any contracts and documents you want to keep.
Data Export
Download your contracts and documents before deletion. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
