Profile Fields
- Legal name (or business name)
- Tax classification (Individual, LLC, Corporation, etc.)
- Address
- TIN type (SSN or EIN)
Security
Your SSN or EIN is never stored on GigOrganizer servers. It's rendered into the PDF only at generation time — the value lives in your browser's local encrypted storage.
Activity History
View all W-9 sends and downloads with timestamps at Dashboard > Settings > Business Profile > History.

Is my SSN stored?
No. It is never stored on our servers.
Can I send a W-9 to a client?
Yes. From the Documents section on any purchase page, or from your W-9 Profile settings.
