After purchasing a contract, GigOrganizer may give you a short-lived session link so you can finish time-sensitive follow-up right away. Your dashboard is the default long-term home for organizer management.
Access Tiers
| Access Level | Duration | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Dashboard | Permanent | Primary organizer workflow for gigs your account can manage |
| Session compatibility | Up to 24 hours | Temporary organizer access for edge cases that still need the session page |
| Limited status | Ongoing | E-sign status + signed PDF download only |
How It Works
- After payment, you may land on a compatibility page so you can finish immediate tasks like sending for signature or downloading documents
- If you sign in, GigOrganizer routes gigs your dashboard can already open into your Dashboard by default
- Compatibility access stays narrow and is only kept for edge cases that still need the session page
- A countdown timer shows how long the compatibility page keeps full access
- After the session window ends, you can still check e-signature status and download your signed PDF from the limited status page
Why Create an Account?
- Access all your contracts anytime from the Dashboard
- Keep organizer work in one place instead of relying on a temporary session link
- Send invoices and receipts after the session window
- Track payments and manage your team
- Use the Tax Center for 1099 filing
- Save contract templates (Pro)
Claiming a Contract
If you create an account after purchasing from a session link, sign up with the same email you used for the purchase. You'll be prompted to claim your existing contracts and link them to your account.
