Add gigs to your calendar and subscribe to demand forecasting feeds.

Per-Gig Calendar

Click "Add to Calendar" on any purchase page to download an .ics file. This works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and any app that supports .ics files.

Calendar Feed Subscription

Subscribe to an ICS feed that automatically updates when gig details change:

  1. Go to the Calendar page (Dashboard > Calendar)
  2. Copy the subscription URL
  3. Add it to your calendar app as a subscription ("From URL" in Google Calendar)

Two-Way Sync (Google Calendar)

Pro subscribers can connect Google Calendar for automatic two-way sync. Changes in GigOrganizer push to Google Calendar instantly, and edits in Google Calendar trigger email notifications with one-click actions. See Google Calendar Two-Way Sync for full details.

Demand Calendar

Visit the Demand Calendar to explore predicted demand for future dates based on:

  • Holidays and seasonal patterns
  • Cultural events
  • Moon phases
  • Historical booking patterns

Higher demand scores indicate busier booking days.

Timezone Handling

Events use the timezone specified in the contract. If no timezone is set, it defaults to America/Los_Angeles.

Common Questions

Which time zone is used?

The timezone set in your contract.

How do I add to Google Calendar?

Download the .ics file and import it, or use the subscription URL and add as "From URL."

What do the demand scores mean?

Higher scores indicate days with more demand factors (holidays, weekends, cultural events).
