Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a contract purchase?
Every purchase includes e-signatures for both parties, a payment schedule PDF, deposit and balance invoices, deposit receipt, full payment receipt, and balance payment receipt. You also get calendar export for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. Resending to a client who hasn't signed or declined yet is always free, and one resend after they've signed or declined is included; additional resends after that are $1 each.
Do GigPacks expire?
No. GigPacks never expire. Use them whenever you have a gig that needs a contract.
What's the difference between Free and Pro clauses?
Pro clauses provide expanded legal protections designed for working professionals. They include more comprehensive cancellation policies, equipment protection clauses, and other terms that give you more leverage in negotiations.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time (prorated). You can also cancel anytime. Purchased GigPacks never expire; subscription allowance GigPacks remain valid until the end of your billing period.
